BActerial Reproduction
There are two types of bacterial reproduction. The first one is Binary fission. In this process one cell divides to form two identical cells. In the right conditions bacteria can reproduce every 20 minutes. Binary fission is part of asexual reproduction in witch involves only one parent. The second type of reproduction is conjugation in witch one bacterium transfers some of its genetic material into another cell. After the transfer the cells separate and the cell with two types of genetic material splits into two by the process of binary fission. The process of conjugation is part of sexual reproduction.
